Our Boomer tube alignment tool allows you to weld with extra competence.

The Boomer grips the outside of individual tubes, such as: penthouse, superheat, reheat, and sections of the boiler. This simplifies fit-ups requiring a chill-ring or customizable inserts. Welders can also use this tool to align crossovers, reheaters and economizers.

To fit your application needs, you can purchase the Boomer in various tube sizes, between 1.5 and 3 inches. The Boomer tube fit-up tool is available with a turnbuckle combination for more control over pushing and pulling penthouse tubes into alignment.

Welders can easily meet the industry’s high installation and welding standards required for high-temperature, high-pressure steam tubes by utilizing the Boomer alignment tool.
