Wallbanger™ DB

The two sides of the Wallbanger™ DB clamp form a double barrel when fitted together, allowing technicians to accurately line up two waterwall tubes or tubes from other welding applications. Simply apply each side of the Wallbanger DB on either side of the two tubes and fasten the bolts to force the tubes into alignment.

This double-tube clamp will quickly and accurately align the tubes without putting stress on the wall panel. With high industry standards to adhere to, boiler technicians can adeptly meet the industry’s requirements and produce quality work with the aid of this tool.

Each Wallbanger tube welding clamp consists of two Wallbanger plates, and bolts to ensure welders have everything they need for fast alignment.

The Wallbanger tube fit-up clamp’s grooves come in different sizes to match the following tube sizes:

Standard DB sizes are:

  • 7/8” tube on 1 ½” centers
  • 1” tube on 1 ½” centers
  • 1 1/8” tube on 1 5/8” centers
  • 1 ¼” tube on 1 ¾” centers
  • 1 ½” tube on 2” centers
  • 1 ¾” tube on 2 ¼” centers
