Wallzip Weld Clamp

Walhonde Tool’s Wallzip weld clamp is a tube alignment device made up of the Wallstick on one side and a Wallbanger™ DB plate on the other. This hybrid tool works best if you need to align Waterwall tubes quickly and accurately.

The Wallstick and Wallbanger™ DM sides of the Wallzip are made with solid metal. It is designed to withstand extreme wear and tear in a wide range of industrial applications. With its size, this tool requires a simple hand ratchet to tighten the bolts and secure the clamp in place.

Wallzip Weld Clamp Applications

The Wallzip tube clamp is suitable when you need to align Waterwall tubes. With its Wallstick side, the Wallzip allows you to work on thin membranes with ease. Like the Wallbanger™ DB that functions as a double boiler tube clamp, the Wallzip is also applicable for boiler tube alignment.
